The current map with the locations
Locations are the various regions or biomes with houses on the map in Zombsroyale.io. They have been labeled on the map since June 2018, when the game held a naming contest.[1] Before that, the locations didn't have official names.
Currently in the game[ | ]
Faraway Farm[ | ]
It's a lowly populated location that has been in the game ever since the first season, before locations had names. It is in the bottom right corner of the map. It has one large barn surrounded by a fence and many small houses, clusters of crates, and hay bales can also be found here. Faraway Farm has never been replaced.
Blossom Burbs[ | ]
It's located in the lower-center of the map near Lucky Lake. It has a field of cherry blossom trees in the center surrounded by 6 houses. There are 4 Gold Chests and a crate inside the trees. The large houses contain 4 crates or Gold Chests each, but this can vary. Blossom Burbs has been in the game since May 2018, before locations had names, and has never been replaced.
It is one of the biggest target for teamers, especially the red house in Solo. It is also a well known spot for 1v1 fights in YouTube videos.
Clowny Circus[ | ]
It has a purple floor color and colorful circus theme. None of the buildings here have doors. Clowny Circus replaced Dusty Desert and is located between Wild West and Faraway Farm.
Wild West[ | ]
It has a wild west theme and brown dirt ground. It's one of the biggest locations and has a lot of buildings. It is no surprise to find Mythics here due to the tons of chests. It has large houses with many doors and a few Gold Chests around. There are train tracks around the whole location with a stationary train on them that explodes when broken. There is TNT inside some buildings that does 30 damage when it explodes. It replaced Fortune Forest.
Radical Reef[ | ]
This location has a colorful reef theme with seashells and corals. It has a moderate population even though its sister location known as Mystic Forest has a high population. This location increases player movement speed and lowers the zombies' speed. It has some colorful small and large houses. It has a different footstep sound due to the floor being swampy. A trick is to hide next to the small houses which will completely hide you from the outside. It's on the right side of the map and replaced Bomber Base.
Lucky Lake[ | ]
Lucky Lake was frozen throughout the course of ZombsRoyale history but at first it wasn't. This area has a high population just because of the loot next to the Christmas tree. It is located on the left side of the map. At one point, it was temporarily replaced with an area called Spectrum Lake.
The non-frozen version was a big lake surrounded by 8 houses on green ground. There was nothing to find on the lake.
The frozen version has white snowy ground, a Christmas/winter theme and some new houses. It is the only location where snowballs can be found. The frozen lake is slippery and makes players faster, a unique mechanic in the game.

Mystic Forest[ | ]
The Mystic Forest is a mystical location with some unique buildings and objects. It is highly populated and one of the main locations because it's in the very center of the map. There are four Gold Chests in the middle around a stone statue. The Mystic Forest overlaps with Radical Reef. It is full of bots, players, newbies, and sweats looking for loot and easy kills. It replaced Celestial Clouds in season 9 which had the theme "Mystic Forest".
Space Base II[ | ]
A space and aliens themed location with purple ground. Its layout is similar to the first Space Base, but they have different designs. It's located in the top right corner of the map and replaced Bo Beach.
Drifter District[ | ]
This location has a nuclear wasteland theme with nuclear warning symbols, green goo and a beige ground color. There are nuclear crates in the center that explode with goo when they are opened, but also contain items, which is unique among the locations. It replaced Tinker Town.
Menacing Magma[ | ]
This place has a volcanic theme, with big pools of lava that damage players who step into them. It's the newest location with some big buildings including the biggest building in the game, even the doors and windows are bigger than other locations. It's also the only location with a red ground so far. It sits on an island and there are only two bridges connected to it but the river around it can be crossed too. It's located in the top left corner and replaced Sunny Shores.

Infantry Island[ | ]
It had a military theme. Finding loot was quite hard in this area because of the low amount of houses. It was located in the top left corner of the map and was replaced by Cursed Cove.
Dusty Desert[ | ]
It had an ancient Egypt and desert theme with pyramids, stone buildings and a beige sand ground. It had a big house and different objects like pharaohs. It was replaced by Clowny Circus.
Tinker Town[ | ]
It was a highly populated location that seemed the most life-like with small different colored apartments and buildings. It didn't have much loot. It was located above Mystic Forest, on the left of Space Base II, and on the right of Sunny Shores. It was replaced by Drifter District.
Fortune Forest[ | ]
It was a forest with almost no buildings at all, a low population, and not a lot of loot except for crates outside the mansion. It was located below Lucky Lake in the bottom left corner. It transformed into Haunted Hollows at some point but came back soon after. It was then replaced by Wild West.
Cozy Cabins[ | ]
A group of small wood cabins. It was a location with a dense population, and a lot of loot. It was located to the bottom left of Faraway Farms and on the right of Fortune Forest. Cozy Cabins was replaced by Dusty Desert.
Celestial Clouds[ | ]
It had an ancient Greece theme, with temples, pillars, and statues. It had a big mansion and was considered a go-to place for loot especially since it was in the middle of the map. It was a location with a high population. It replaced an unnamed location with a single house and was replaced by Mystic Forest.
Cyber City[ | ]
Cyber City had a futuristic theme, with colorful buildings and purple ground. It was a highly populated location. Just like Clowny Circus, it had purple ground and a decent amount of loot. It still has the bridges and fences with the same sort of house concept. It replaced Infantry Island and was replaced by Sunny Shores.
Sunny Shores[ | ]
It was a beach themed location with some different buildings. The location has different textured buildings and a small lake, making it one of the three locations with a body of water. It replaced Cyber City and was replaced by Menacing Magma.
Bo Beach[ | ]
It had a beach theme with a sand ground and many buildings. It was located in the top right corner. Bo Beach replaced the old Space Base and was replaced by Space Base II.
A glitch was discovered in Bo Beach quite a long time ago: when the plane spawned, you could see inside of the houses for a split second which lead to a great advantage for newbies who needed chests.
Cursed Cove[ | ]
It was an old location that replaced Infantry Island. Like Haunted Hollows, it was always night time there. It was replaced by Sunny Shores.
Haunted Hollows[ | ]
Like Cursed Cove, it was always night time there. It didn't have many players because it was in the bottom left corner of the map. It replaced Fortune Forest and was replaced by Wild West.
Vibrant Villas[ | ]
It was a group of colorful houses located in the top right, replaced by Space Base.
Bomber Base[ | ]
This location had a military theme. There were three long houses here with Gold Chests inside and a bunch of smaller houses surrounding them. It was located above Faraway Farm on the right side of the map. It was replaced by Radical Reef.
Super Sanctum[ | ]
Super Sanctum had a colorful, futuristic theme. It was a location with huge buildings and a lake with a bridge across the middle. It replaced Lucky Lake and was replaced by Lucky Lake.
Space Base[ | ]
Similar to Space Base II and in the same location too. It had a space theme. It replaced Vibrant Villas and was replaced by Bo Beach.
Unknown location[ | ]
Above Bomber Base and to the right of Tinker Town, the old location had no name on the map at the time. It was replaced by Space Base which is when locations gained their names.
